Our only regrets should be our life's unused opportunities. Ms. Maldonado says: “Every experience gained while running for this political position was well worth it”. Out of 6 candidates, Ms. Maldonado was between the last 2 to compete for this position.
While she did not win the position, she gained in knowledge and support. She was very impressed with the political system we enjoy in the U.S. and the amazing and warm support of her fellow Orlando voters. We should always focus in our fortunes rather than in our misfortunes.

It is one of Ms. Maldonado's goals to search a balanced life. She believes that by keeping a healthy mind and body, everything you wish for is a reachable goal. That is one reason why she loves promoting and/or participating in athletic events. She has also been part of helping adult soccer leagues with finding soccer fields to play after work.
